The agreement on educational, professional and scientific collaboration between “CEPS- Center for Business Studies” College and the Federal Department of Civilian Protection (FUCZ) was signed at the premises of the Federal Department of Civilian Protection in Sarajevo. The agreement was signed by Mirzo Selimić, college lecturer and CEPS director and Fahrudin Solak, FUCZ director.
The agreement is to establish mutual cooperation between these two institutions, namely: promotion of the importance of security and rescue activities; organization of joint conferences, symposia, seminars and workshops; common applications to various domestic and international projects; joint activities on securing financial resources from domestic and international sources for the realization of partnership activities; preparation of academic and professional training programs; exchange of academic and professional staff in regular and special educational processes; joint efforts to develop and upgrade educational programs as well as contents that are important for the activities and work of the two institutions etc.
It is concluded that these two institutions have resources that can greatly assist the work of both institutions and that the signing of this agreement is only the beginning of a successful cooperation in the near future.
