Within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, the University College “CEPS – Center for Business Studies” Kiseljak implemented an incoming staff mobility from Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM), Spain, officially marking the beginning of cooperation between CEPS and one of the most significant universities in the Murcia region. The mobility was carried out from 27 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.
As part of the mobility, CEPS hosted Carmen Daniela Quero Calero with the aim of strengthening academic cooperation, exchanging good practices, and creating a foundation for future joint activities in the fields of teaching, research, innovation, and management.
During the visit, meetings and working sessions were held with the academic and administrative staff of CEPS, focusing on modern teaching methods, educational innovation, resource management, and new trends in higher education. Particular attention was devoted to opportunities for developing joint Erasmus+ and other European projects, as well as to further strengthening institutional cooperation between CEPS and UCAM.

“It has been a great privilege to spend this week at University College ‘CEPS – Center for Business Studies’ in Kiseljak, Bosnia and Herzegovina, through the Erasmus+ mobility programme. This experience has been both professionally enriching and personally unforgettable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Nermin Palić, Head of the International Relations and Career Development Office, for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, and continuous support throughout my stay. His warm welcome and dedication made me feel part of the CEPS community from the very first day. I would also like to thank Quality Manager Stjepan Stanić, who shared his knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm during my visit. One of the aspects that impressed me the most was the highly practical teaching methodology implemented at CEPS. The combination of hands-on learning, modern facilities, and excellent equipment provides students with an outstanding educational environment that effectively prepares them for their future professional careers. It is inspiring to see such a strong commitment to applied learning and student development. Beyond the academic experience, I had the opportunity to discover the beauty of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The country’s breathtaking landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and the warmth of its people made this visit even more special. Every moment, both inside and outside the university, contributed to an unforgettable experience. This Erasmus+ mobility has further strengthened international cooperation and opened new opportunities for future academic partnerships. I return home with wonderful memories, valuable professional insights, and new friendships. I would definitely love to come back, and I sincerely recommend University College ‘CEPS – Center for Business Studies’ Kiseljak as an excellent destination for international academic cooperation and student mobility.”
