Full membership of the Agency HEA in ENQA

The Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance (HEA) is in the process of acquiring full membership in the European Association for Quality Assurance (ENQA). The Agency submitted a request to initiate the procedure of acquiring the status of a full member of the European association of quality assurance agencies and the European Register of Quality Assurance Agencies (EQAR) on 29.01.2016. The obligation of the Agency was that it by February 2017 submits a self-evaluation report (SEI) of the Agency to ENQA Registry . The visit of ENQA panel to the Agency is scheduled to start in May 2017.
On that occasion, Director of college "CEPS- Center for Business Studies" Kiseljak together with the manager for quality and students of the higher education institution attended the consultative meeting organized by HEA, on the theme: "The full membership of the Agency in ENQA".
At the meeting, the participants were met with the obligations that are set in front of experts from HEA, in order be prepared to welcome the Commission of ENQA.
The importance of the full membership of the HEA in ENQA, as the most important and most distinguished European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, is reflected in the following:
- clear positioning of our higher education in Europe,
- international recognition of the quality of work in higher education institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- confirmation that the Agency works in accordance with the ESG (Standards and guidelines for quality assurance in the European Higher Education Area)
