After completing the competition procedure, student Naida Mutapčić officially signed a Learning Agreement related to going on a student exchange to Poland. Naida is a student of the Traffic Engineering study program.
According to the contract, the student will stay for one semester at the University of Dąbrowa Górnicza in Poland and attend subjects from the spring semester. You can see more information about this institution at https://wsb.edu.pl/en.
Travel and living expenses in Poland will be paid by the European Union, through the Erasmus + mobility project.
The students successfully arrived at the mentioned university and started attending classes. These are her first impressions:
"This year, I will spend the summer semester of my 3rd year of studies in Poland, in the city of Katowice, through the ERASMUS+ student exchange program. I am staying in a student dormitory in Sosnowiec, where I share a room with two other girls whom I immediately bonded with on the first day. On the orientation day, the faculty introduced us to all the formalities we need to complete, directed us where to go, and gave us welcome gifts. Additionally, through several workshops during the first week, I had the opportunity to meet not only the staff of the WSB Academy but also other exchange students. The lectures are very interesting, and we have already been assigned projects to work on as a group. During the first few days, we all became one, even though we come from different countries, and some from different continents. I can't wait to see what new experiences this semester brings."
