On May 23rd, students from study programs of Safety at work and Fire protection, Traffic and Energetics had the opportunity to visit the HPP Jablanica. Power Plant Jablanica is situated on the banks of the Neretva River, along the main road Jablanica - Prozor. It was put into operation in 1955. It represents the first and the largest power plant on the Neretva river. It was built in two phases from 1947 to 1955 and from 1955 to 1958.On this occasion, students were introduced to the work mode and principles of functioning of the HPP Jablanica.
