Representative of the University College „CEPS-Center for Business Studies“ Kiseljak, Pred.VŠ. Medina Jusmani, participated in the 6th Internationalization Forum titled: "Ensuring inclusive and quality education – the role of internationalization of higher education for developing/emerging countries," organized by WSB Akademie in the Polish city of Dąbrowa Górnicza, from October 1, 2023, to October 5, 2023.
During her participation in the 6th Internationalization Forum InterUni, teachers had the opportunity to attend the Inauguration for the beginning of the academic year 2023/2024 at WSB University.
The forum program allowed participants from 11 countries to exchange experiences and opinions on the importance of internationalization in higher education, with a focus on the significance of international cooperation between higher education institutions in developing countries and those of the European Union member states. The discussions also revolved around the impact of internationalization on the quality of higher education. Additionally, the representative of University College CEPS Kiseljak participated in a panel discussion on the potential negative aspects of internationalization in higher education and student exchange, as well as ways to prevent negative consequences of the process.
On the last day of the InterUni forum, a workshop was held to discuss the importance of involving students and teaching staff from developing countries in exchange programs and the impact of internationalization of higher education on the economies of their home countries. Participants shared their impressions and exchanged valuable experiences during this workshop.
