The awarding of certificates for the most successful participants of the "CISCO Academy of Network Technologies" was organized at the College “CEPS – Center for Business Studies” Kiseljak.

The Academy students have successfully attended and passed the first semester of the CCNA Routing and Switching curriculum, which teaches students about the architecture, structure, functions, and components of the Internet and other computer networks. Following each semester of the CISCO CCNA program, the students take final exams consisting of a practical and theoretical part, after which they obtain the Cisco Academy certification for the completed semester. Each of the certificates is proof that the candidate has successfully completed that part of the CCNA program and emphasizes the area that was completed and passed.

According to the head of the study program Information Technologies, College lecturer Samir Ščetić, the Cisco Certified Network Associate – CCNA has positioned itself as one of the most popular IT certifications in the world. The primary focus of this certification is the learning and application of key skills with which the students are able to adequately respond to the progressive development of technologies in today's complex online environments. The students were provided with the most recent Cisco equipment for practice and training. The CNA R&S program is divided into three semesters with a total duration of 12-18 months, depending on the teaching dynamics.

It is important to note that the “CISCO Academy” is completely free for our students of Information Technologies.
