University College "CEPS-Center for Business Studies" Kiseljak, in cooperation with the partner organization HR World, offeed students and graduates free education in the field of human resources - HR under the name "HR Starter". All those interested could apply via the official HR Starter website. The education lasted six weeks, from 20.3. until 30.4.2023., and consisted of 30+ HR lessons from renowned HR professionals from various companies (Sparkasse Bank, Lidl, IKEA, HP Inc., NLB Bank, NIS Gazprom Neft, ProCredit Bank, Hedwell, Hemofarm, Tenneco, PepsiCo, and many others) . The aim of the program was to raise students’ level of knowledge and skills for a future career in the Human Resources field, in contemporary work conditions.
We are proud that our student Ira Imamović, together with more than 100 students from various universities and higher education institutions from Europe, took part in this program and successfully completed her education, after which she received a very valuable certificate.
In the future, University College CEPS Kiseljak will continue to offer its students numerous training opportunities to acquire useful knowledge, which they will be able to use in the labor market.
