CEPS College has an open admission policy.

Students with a four-year high school diploma (acquired in BiH), who are psychologically capable of mastering the course content, as well as foreigners who have completed secondary school abroad, following the recognition and equivalence of certificates of completed secondary education abroad, are eligible for admission to CEPS College.

Foreign citizens and stateless persons shall be admitted to CEPS College in Kiseljak under the same conditions as nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina, unless the international conventions and treaties determine otherwise.

Registration Procedure

Registered are all applicants who have, within the period prescribed by public competition for admission of students, completed the registration form using the Internet application or those who have applied personally and filled in registration form, application for admission form, and have submitted all required documentation and paid for enrolment materials as well as for the first installment of tuition fees.

- Certificate of Citizenship
- Two photos 4 x 6
- Proof of payment of the enrollment materials
- Proof of payment of the first tuition fee's installment
- The Registration form (available in the student services office)
- Semester sheet (available in the student services office)

Additional documents are required for exceeding students from other higher education institutions:

- The index (i.e. student report card) of the previous studies
- Transcript of Records (or a certified copy of the index), and photocopies of diploma certificates for students who have graduated
- The transcript of previous studies in case that the study program is not made public or if a study program that the student attended and passed the exams is no longer existing

All of these documents shall be either originals or certified copies.

CEPS College performs studies that are funded entirely from its own resources.

Cost of studies: Security studies, Traffic Engineering, Business Economy, Energetics and Safety for academic year is in total amount of 2.290,00 KM.

Cost of studies: Information technology, Business Management and Health studies for academic year is in total amount of 2.990,00 KM.

Registration materials for this study program (registration form, semester sheet, the application for registration and student report card, and library membership fee) are paid upon registration in the amount of 85.00 KM.

Tuition fee includes:

- Lectures and exercises/seminars according to pre-determined curriculum
- Exams and mid-term tests for particular course according to pre-determined schedule,
- The use of teaching and presentation equipment (computers, monitors, projectors, overhead projectors, etc.)
- Teaching materials (lecture summaries, scripts, lectures ppts, exercises, assignments, etc.)
- The use of computers within the Information technology office and other teaching equipment,
- The costs of registration and students administration management during the study,
- The use of multi-media center of the CEPS College Kiseljak
- Remedial instruction in special cases, based on the decision of the director.

Tuition fee does not include:

- workbooks, notebooks and other similar accessories
- commission exam
- remedial instruction when the reasons for it are unjustified (students' negligence, unjustified absence, etc.)
- property damage intentionally or negligently caused by student
- accident insurance, unless specifically agreed.

Examinations of students who move from other institutions of higher education, colleges and universities to CEPS – Centre for Business Studies or students who passed them during earlier education are recognized by formal decision of director which is adopted on the basis of report of Commission for examination recognition and Decision of Senate which is used for acceptance of a subject-report.

A request for registration and recognition of examinations at CEPS – Centre for Business Studies for students who have lost student status at the institution of higher education where they passed several examinations must be submitted until the beginning of autumn semester, at the latest.

A request for moving and recognition of examinations at CEPS – Centre for Business Studies for students who have a student status at other institution of higher education where they passed several examinations must be submitted until the beginning of autumn or spring semester.

The commission for the examination recognition will be appointed by Senate of CEPS – Centre for Business Studies.

The recognition of the examinations from earlier education can be done on the basis of an insight into the following documents: certificate of passed examinations with their marks, matriculation book, certificate supplement and other documents which have feature of a public document. Required documents should be delivered as original or verified photocopies. If they are delivered as unverified photocopies, an employee of student service will insist on an insight into the original documents and note (as a rule, it should be noted in the upper right corner) the date when the insight was made and the name and surname of employee who did it.

The curriculum of other institution of higher education can be offered at CEPS – Centre for Business Studies.

In accordance with principle of a lifelong learning and recognition of right to the education as a base of civil right, CEPS –Centre for Business Studies will provide opportunity for continuation of education and it will not discriminate students who move from other institutions of higher education, students who have a certificate of earlier education or students who passed examinations in any terms (certificate that is acquired in some republics of former Yugoslavia, certificate that is acquired at the institution of higher education, certificate that is acquired at the institution which went out of business, a political structure of lecturer etc.) in accordance with the main fields.
