Admission requirements
CEPS College has an open admission policy.
Students with a four-year high school diploma (acquired in BiH), who are psychologically
capable of mastering the course content, as well as foreigners who have completed
secondary school abroad, following the recognition and equivalence of certificates
of completed secondary education abroad, are eligible for admission to CEPS College.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons shall be admitted to CEPS College in Kiseljak
under the same conditions as nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina, unless the international
conventions and treaties determine otherwise.
Registration Procedure
Registered are all applicants who have, within the period prescribed by public competition
for admission of students, completed the registration form using the Internet application
or those who have applied personally and filled in registration form, application
for admission form, and have submitted all required documentation and paid for enrolment
materials as well as for the first installment of tuition fees.
Documents required for admission
to the undergraduate studies:
- Application for admission form (available in the student services office or at
the College web site
- High school Diploma
- Class certificates, 1st to 4th year of high school
- High School Diploma Recognition Certificate (if secondary school was completed
outside of BiH
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Citizenship
- Two photos 4 x 6
- Proof of payment of the enrollment materials
- Proof of payment of the first tuition fee's installment
- The Registration form (available in the student services office)
- Semester sheet (available in the student services office)
Additional documents are required for exceeding students from other higher education
institutions:
- The index (i.e. student report card) of the previous studies
- Transcript of Records (or a certified copy of the index), and photocopies of diploma
certificates for students who have graduated
- The transcript of previous studies in case that the study program is not made
public or if a study program that the student attended and passed the exams is no
longer existing
All of these documents shall be either originals or certified copies.
Tuition fees
CEPS College performs studies that are funded entirely from its own resources.
Cost of studies: Security studies, Traffic Engineering, Business Economy, Energetics
and Safety for academic year is in total amount of 2.290,00 KM.
Cost of studies: Information technology, Business Management and Health studies
for academic year is in total amount of 2.990,00 KM.
Registration materials for this study program (registration form, semester sheet,
the application for registration and student report card, and library membership
fee) are paid upon registration in the amount of 85.00 KM.
Tuition fee includes:
- Lectures and exercises/seminars according to pre-determined curriculum
- Exams and mid-term tests for particular course according to pre-determined schedule,
- The use of teaching and presentation equipment (computers, monitors, projectors,
overhead projectors, etc.)
- Teaching materials (lecture summaries, scripts, lectures ppts, exercises, assignments,
etc.)
- The use of computers within the Information technology office and other teaching
equipment,
- The costs of registration and students administration management during the study,
- The use of multi-media center of the CEPS College Kiseljak
- Remedial instruction in special cases, based on the decision of the director.
Tuition fee does not include:
- workbooks, notebooks and other similar accessories
- commission exam
- remedial instruction when the reasons for it are unjustified (students' negligence,
unjustified absence, etc.)
- property damage intentionally or negligently caused by student
- accident insurance, unless specifically agreed.
