The 2nd International Staff Week, organized by the University College "CEPS - Center for Business Studies" in Kiseljak from 19 to 23 May 2025, was also attended by two physiotherapy professors from the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar (VEVU) . It is important to note that VEVU is one of the higher education institutions in Croatia with which CEPS have a very developed cooperation and is also one of CEPS's strategic partners. During the ERASMUS+ mobility, the continuation and further improvement of cooperation between these two institutions was discussed. Below we share the experiences of Dr. sc. Slavica Janković and Univ. mag. physioth., lecturer Katarina Kovačević:
„Participating in the ERASMUS+ exchange in Bosnia and Herzegovina was an extremely positive and inspiring experience. The host, "CEPS", organized the program at a high level, demonstrating professionalism, warmth and true commitment to international cooperation. The mobility included teaching activities, exchanging knowledge and experiences with colleagues, and participating in organized professional and cultural programs. During our stay, we had the opportunity to get to know the work of the institution, exchange experiences and ideas with colleagues from different European countries, and establish the options for future cooperation, as Staff week was also held at the same time.
The town Kiseljak left a very pleasant impression – peaceful surroundings, beautiful nature and extremely hospitable people. A special experience was also the visit to Reumal in Fojnica, where, in addition to the educational program, we had the opportunity to relax, socialize and network in a warm and friendly environment. Bosnia and Herzegovina delighted us with its diversity, culture and openness. The combination of different traditions, rich history and the warmth of the hosts left a strong impression. We also enjoyed the local cuisine, natural beauty and spontaneous encounters with people who were always ready to help and share their stories. We look forward to future cooperation and meeting again with colleagues from CEPS.“
