CEPS students participated in the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) 2026 entitled "Smart University, Smart Campus III", which included both an online and a physical part. The online part took place from April 14 to 16, while the physical part took place from April 20 to 24 in Vukovar, at the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar.

During the program, students attended lectures in the fields of artificial intelligence in education, digital marketing, financial literacy, and health sciences, participated in an international student conference, and participated in cultural and team activities. The program provided opportunities to network with colleagues from different countries and exchange knowledge in an international environment.

CEPS representatives were students Marina Tadić and Sara Koro, and student Armin Ščetić. Below, we share the participants experiences of the knowledge they gained, new acquaintances they made, and their overall impression of the program.

Marina:

"The Erasmus+ BIP exchange in Vukovar exceeded my expectations. The program was excellently organized, and the atmosphere was very positive and encouraging. The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional, which made me feel welcome from the first day. The professors did their utmost to bring the theoretical part closer to us through practical workshops, mutual communication and joint conclusions, which greatly helped me to understand and apply the topics covered. The content of the workshops was highquality, current and useful for my academic and personal development. I would especially like to highlight the opportunity to meet students from different European countries - Poland, Spain, Albania, Georgia... The exchange of experiences, cultures and attitudes was extremely valuable and left a strong impression on me. It is precisely these moments of socializing and connecting that make this experience special. Vukovar delighted me with its history, culture and atmosphere, and the entire trip will remain in my fond memories. I am returning with new knowledge, friendships and additional motivation for further development. I would be very pleased to recommend this experience to every student - because apart from "It brings knowledge, it also brings memories that are remembered."

Sara:

"My stay in Vukovar during the Erasmus + BIP program "Smart University, Smart Campus III" was an extremely beautiful and valuable experience. Although short, it left a strong impression on me, both the city and the people I had the opportunity to meet. The greatest value of this program was the opportunity to meet students from different countries, exchange ideas, and make new friends through joint work and everyday communication. Through lectures and workshops, we covered contemporary topics such as artificial intelligence in education, financial literacy, and digital marketing. The knowledge I gained broadened my horizons and will certainly be useful to me in the future. A special impression was left on me by the tour of Vukovar. Its rich history and the beauty of the city created strong and unforgettable memories. All in all, I am extremely grateful that I had the opportunity to participate in this program, learn new things, and meet wonderful people from different parts of Europe. I will certainly carry this experience with me for a long time."

Armin:

"During the five days spent on the Erasmus exchange in Vukovar, I gained a very valuable experience. I had the opportunity to meet new people from different backgrounds, exchange opinions and learn a lot through joint activities. I especially liked the atmosphere of the city and the openness of the people I met. This exchange helped me broaden my horizons, get out of my comfort zone and make new friends. It was definitely an experience I would repeat."

These programs are important because they encourage international collaboration and the development of key competencies for students' future careers. They also provide CEPS students with the opportunity for hands-on learning and exposure to diverse educational and cultural perspectives.
