As part of the ERASMUS+ Teaching mobility, professors from the University College “CEPS – Center for Business Studies,” Kiseljak Assoc. Prof. Amer Smailbegović, PhD, and Lecturer Ajdin Muratović, visited the Transilvania University of Brașov in Romania. From March 2 to March 6, 2026, Professor Smailbegović delivered lectures within the CRASE program (first aid, emergency response, and risk management), through which students gained practical knowledge in crisis situations and personal protection, while teaching staff benefited from the exchange of experiences and the improvement of teaching approaches.

From March 9 to March 13, 2026, lectures were also delivered by Ajdin Muratović on the topic of digital transformation and modern web technologies in business. As he emphasized, the mobility enabled him to establish professional connections and gain insights into contemporary research, particularly the work of Prof. Alexandra Băicoianu, which he later applied in teaching through practical exercises in artificial intelligence. This allowed students to gain a deeper understanding of how dataset expansion influences AI model performance.

During the visit, meetings were also held with representatives of the host institution with the aim of strengthening cooperation and developing future joint activities. Special focus was placed on enhancing staff and student mobility, further confirming the importance of the Erasmus+ program in the internationalization and modernization of higher education
