The representative of the University College "CEPS - Center for Business Studies" Kiseljak , Pred. VŠ Stjepan Stanić, participated last week in the Webinar held on April 24, where the RedPill platform was presented. The event was attended by representatives of higher education institutions, as well as representatives of various industrial sectors. During the Webinar, the vision of the RedPill platform was presented, with an emphasis on current challenges in higher education and the needs of the industry. The main goal was to explore the possibilities that RedPill offers in improving cooperation between higher education institutions and industrial partners.
The RedPill platform is designed as a tool to connect the academic and industrial sectors, enabling mutual benefit. Industrial companies or mentors within higher education institutions can create so-called "challenges" that students, as well as teaching staff, can sign up for through a shared account. After completing the challenge, students are given the opportunity to do professional practice in the countries of the region, throughout Europe and the world.
For students of CEPS, this represents a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience, new knowledge and skills, as well as potential employment after graduation. The platform covers a wide range of industrial fields, which allows all students access to practice. Participation in such events, exchange of experiences and continuous education of staff and students are real important for the improvement and development of the University College "CEPS".
