In the period from April 7 to 11, Kenan Dželilović, Professor of the University College "CEPS - Center for Business Studies" Kiseljak, participated in the international staff week in Spain, organized by the partner institution from Valencia - IES ABASTOS, as part of the ERASMUS+ program of outgoing staff mobility.
During the five-day visit, the professor had the opportunity to visit Valencia, participate in an organized hackathon on the topic of capacity building in higher and vocational education, as well as to further educate himself through presentations on projects at IES ABASTOS. He also expanded his knowledge about sustainability, digitization and inclusion through seminars, workshops and presentations organized by the partner institution. Education of CEPS staff and students on the application of new knowledge and practices in these areas is of big importance.
University College CEPS continuously works to improve sustainable development, digitization and inclusion within its institution. Through participation and partnerships in various projects, such as the RES-UNI project, sustainable and digital practices in higher education are actively developed. Special importance is attached to the implementation of the principle of inclusion, so that every person has equal opportunities for education. On the other hand, the knowledge acquired through the organization of hackathons during this mobility will be used in the implementation of certain activities within the GROWTHproject.
Participation in such international events through ERASMUS+ mobility enables the acquisition of new knowledge and practices applied by other higher education institutions, which can then be implemented at CEPS.
