CEPS teaching staff (Lecturer Dario Marušić and Lecturer Miran Omanović) participated in the CIFP Universidade Laboral Staff Week. The international event was held from 20 to 24 April and focused on the exchange of knowledge, experiences and good practices in the field of education and vocational training. The program included various thematic days, including information technologies, renewable energy sources, sports and innovation.
During the first day, participants were introduced to the work of the institution and participated in lectures on maritime activities and ethical artificial intelligence. The second day was dedicated to energy, with an emphasis on renewable sources, including a visit to a wind farm and educational content on energy efficiency.
The third day focused on sports and healthy lifestyles, with activities such as yoga, hiking and visits to sports facilities. The fourth day was focused on innovation, including a visit to the INNOVA 2026 event and a tour of Santiago de Compostela. The last day was reserved for cultural activities and exploring the city of A Coruña.
Participation in such programs contributes to strengthening the professional and personal skills of participants. By exchanging experiences and learning new working methods, the quality of education improves, international cooperation is improved, and opportunities for future joint projects are created.
