CEPS teaching staff, Professor Hamza Šehović and Lecturer Ibrahim Mustafić, participated in the international Staff Week program organized by CEPS partner institution International Business Academy (IBA), a higher education institution based in Kolding. The program was held in the period from May 18 to 22 as part of the International GRAILS Week program.
During their stay, participants actively participated in educational lectures, workshops and team activities aimed at developing presentation skills, intercultural cooperation and exchange of experiences in an international environment. The program also included visits to significant Danish landmarks, including Koldinghus and LEGO House.
Through joint work and cooperation with international students and colleagues, CEPS representatives gained new knowledge, valuable experience and professional contacts that will contribute to the further development of international cooperation and future joint projects. The program ended with final presentations of project tasks and a social gathering of all participants.
Participation in such programs contributes to the development of participants professional and personal competencies, improving the quality of education, and strengthening international cooperation and networking of institutions.
