TRAINING IMPLEMENTED AT THE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AS PART OF THE SKILL2SUSTAIN PROJECT

As part of the Erasmus+ project SKILL2SUSTAIN, a training program for teaching staff from the Western Balkans was successfully implemented at the partner institution, the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, from 18 to 22 May 2026. Representing University College “CEPS – Center for Business Studies” Kiseljak, Lecturer Stjepan Stanić participated in the training.
The training consisted of five days of education and workshops entitled "Introduction to Circular Economy". During the program, participants had the opportunity to expand their knowledge in the field of circular economy, sustainable development and modern business models through lectures, practical workshops and group work under the mentorship of Prof. Ana Andabaka. The sessions were dedicated to the principles and strategies of circular economy, the development of research topics and the creation of a structure for scientific work.
Through interactive discussions and exchange of experiences with other participants, the understanding of sustainable economic practices and their application in academic and business environments was further improved. The program concluded with a presentation of the results of the work and the awarding of certificates of participation.
