In the premises of University College "CEPS - Center for Business Studies" Kiseljak, a presentation of the platform and work model of the American organization Crime Stoppers Global Solutions was held. Ideas were exchanged about projects and technological solutions that can contribute to strengthening the capacity of the police in combating crime.
The presentation was attended by representatives of the Prosecutors Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Federal Police Administration, the Ministry of the Interior Affairs of the Central Bosnia Canton, Sarajevo Canton, Canton 10, and the American NGO DTCare - Sarajevo representative office.
CSGS representatives presented the experiences of this organization in the work on crime prevention in the USA and in the Western Balkans, as well as plans for opening a representative office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with CEPS.
The participants of the meeting praised the presented ideas and agreed that the CSGS work concept represents an excellent tool for police officers and prosecutors, with the aim of obtaining information, which is crucial for solving the cases they lead.
