Students Marwa Boulahkouk and Hala Lebzoq from the partner institution CIPFP Luis Suñer Sanchis completed a three month student internship at the International Relations and Career Development Office at CEPS during the summer semester of the academic year 2025/2026. During their student internship, they actively participated in the daily activities of the office and gained valuable knowledge, skills and experience that will certainly be useful in their further professional development. Such activities provide students with the opportunity to gain international experience, learn about new cultures and develop professional competencies. Below are the experiences of the students:

MARWA:

My name is Marwa, and I studied Financial Administration. During my stay at CEPS in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I had the opportunity to experience a new culture, meet new people, and spend time in an international environment. The local people were very kind and welcoming, which made my experience comfortable and enjoyable from the beginning. I also enjoyed discovering the culture, the traditional food, and the beautiful places in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Spending time with other students and sharing experiences together made my stay even more memorable and special.

During my internship, I had the opportunity to observe the work environment and gain somem practical experience related to my field of study. Although the internship was short, it allowed me to learn more about working in an international context and improve my communication and adaptability skills. Overall, the experience was positive for me, both personally and professionally, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this program

HALA

My name is Hala, and I am a student of International Trade at Luis Suñer Sanchís in Alzira, Valencia. I completed my internship at CEPS within the ERASMUS+ programme. This was my second mobility in Bosnia and Herzegovina.  The first time I came as a student for three months, and the second time I returned to complete my internship for another three months. Being able to come back to the same destination was a very special experience, as it allowed me to understand the environment more deeply and focus more on the professional aspect of the mobility.

During my internship, I worked as an administrative assistant. My main tasks included helping with the preparation of certificates, sending emails and following up on them, as well as supporting daily office tasks. Through these activities, I gained a better understanding of how an organization works and experienced a real work environment while developing skills such as responsibility, organization, and professional communication.

My stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina was also very positive on a personal level. Living in another country allowed me to experience a new culture, adapt to a different environment, and improve my independence and autonomy. This international experience helped me grow, gain confidence, and develop a more open and flexible mindset.

In conclusion, this ERASMUS+ mobility has been a very enriching experience both professionally and personally, and I am very grateful for this opportunity. I believe it has contributed significantly to my development and preparation for my future career.
