The University College "CEPS - Center for Business Studies" Kiseljak is a partner in the international ERASMUS+ capacity building project 1FUTURE, which has entered its second year. As part of the project, the planned training mobilities have begun, lasting from 7 to 14 days, depending on the area of expertise of the partners.
From September 25th to September 31st, 2024, the Director of the University College CEPS, Doc. Dr. Mirza Selimić, visited the University of Novi Sad, where he attended a training on Disaster Risk Management and sustainable settlement development.
These trainings aim to enhance the staff’s insights into the implementation of innovative elements in the current curricula of higher education institutions in the Western Balkans. It is expected that 42 staff members from this region will improve their teaching skills, teaching methodologies, and the adoption of digital methods in the teaching process, resulting in the revision of curricula based on the best practices from the EU.
